Cats' president Marty Scott (right) is presented his Hall of Fame plaque from Mr. Baseball, Bobby Bragan. Scott, a Hurst native, has spent the last two seasons with the Cats and was Rangers' farm director from 1984-1994.
Cats' manager Wayne Terwilliger was introduced by former Rangers' trainer Bill Zeigler. Zeigler and Terwilliger were members of the original 1972 Texas Rangers staff.
Cats' Chairman/CEO Carl Bell gave the welcome to the banquet and also gave a tribute to the late Dick Whitworth, in whose honor the banquet was held.
Danny Ozark (right) was introduced by Carroll Beringer, his teammate from the 1955 Fort Worth Cats. Beringer was also on Ozark's coaching staff in Philadelphia in the 1970s.

Bobby Bragan introduces Marty Scott. Bragan has been a member of the Texas Baseball Hall of Fame since his induction in 1981.
Wayne Terwilliger addresses the crowd after being inducted into the Texas Baseball Hall of Fame. Terwilliger will return for his second season with the Cats in 2004. He had two stints on the Rangers' coaching staff (1972, 1981-85).
Former Rangers' third baseman Steve Buechele takes a break from signing autographs to pose with Cats' mascot Dodger. Buechele manned the Rangers' hot corner from 1985-1991 and again briefly in 1995.
Danny Ozark shares his thoughts with the audience. Ozark was one of five members of the 1955 Cats team who would later go manage in the major leagues.
